Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. We and the services we use also use similar technologies, such as pixels, local storage and server-side event tracking. We group them by what they do.

Strictly necessary. These keep the store working: your cart, checkout, sign-in, fraud prevention and security. They are set by Shopify and cannot be switched off, because the store does not work without them.

Preferences. These remember choices you make on our site, such as the device or model you selected and the products you recently viewed, so you don't have to choose again.

Analytics. These help us understand how the site is used so we can fix problems and improve it. We use Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are scrolled and clicked.

Advertising. These measure whether our ads work and help show relevant ads on other sites. We use Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, including Google Shopping listings managed through Simprosys. When you arrive from one of these ads, we keep the ad click identifier with your cart and order for up to 90 days, so that a purchase can be matched to the ad. Some of these events are sent from our own server through Stape (server-side tracking), rather than directly from your browser.

Marketing messages. Klaviyo and Shopify Messaging send the emails and SMS you sign up for and tell us whether they are opened. BotSpace sends our WhatsApp Business marketing messages, such as offers and order updates. NitroCommerce helps us identify visitors to our site who have not signed in, for example by matching them with contact details they have previously shared with us or with NitroCommerce’s partners, and passes these details to our WhatsApp and SMS marketing tools so that we can send reminders and offers and run retargeting ads. You can stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email, and stop WhatsApp or SMS marketing by following the opt-out instruction in the message or by contacting us.

Customer support. Emails you send to support@moarmouz.com are managed in Help Scout. When you message us on WhatsApp for help, we use WhatsApp Business to read and reply to your messages. WhatsApp (Meta) processes these messages under its own privacy policy.

Delivery and invoices. To deliver your order we share your name, delivery address and phone number with our courier partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC (booked through DTDC EConnect), Shree Maruti and DHL. GST Pro creates your GST invoice from your order details, including your GSTIN if you give one.

Stock alerts. If you ask to be told when an item is back in stock, SMART Preorder & Back in Stock keeps your email for that alert.

Reviews and feedback. Proviews shows product reviews and collects the name, email and review you submit when you write one. Zigpoll shows short optional surveys.

Product questions. When you type a question into the "Ask a question" box on a product page, we send your question and the product's details to an AI service provider so it can write the answer. We keep a record of the question and answer to improve our help. Please don't include personal details such as your phone number or address in your question.

Your choices. Where our cookie banner is shown, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies there. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts.

For questions about cookies or marketing messages, email support@moarmouz.com.
