The Mobile maker giant, Samsung, continues to expand their roster with the release of the Galaxy A70, a new device for the entry to midlevel segment in India.
The arrival of this new phone looks to extend the momentum that has the brand been living in 2019, releasing three devices in February that got positive reviews and also helped to cement the Korean company’s presence across all market segments.
But more than just having a presence, Samsung is looking to enhance and develop a roster of devices that can compete with any other brand available and this new elder sibling of the A50 is a firm step towards that goal.
Features and Specs
From the start, you’ll find a 6.7 inch Super AMOLED display (with 2400 x 1080 px resolution), ultra-narrow bezels and an Infinity-U style notch on the top.
On the processing side, the Galaxy A70 runs on the Snapdragon 675 SoC, that consists of an Octa-core CPU accompanied by the Adreno 612.
The smartphone is no slouch on the imaging side and has a triple rear camera setup (a 32MP sensor, f/1.7 aperture; an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor with f/2.2 and a 5MP f/2.2 depth sensor). On the front, it offers an f/2.0 aperture, 32MP camera
In terms of memory and storage, the device offers 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Also, the phone is powered by a 4500 mAh battery with fast charging. As for OS, the smartphone has Samsung’s OneUI, built on top of the latest Android 9 Pie.
The device will come in three color variants: Black, Blue, and White.
As for the release date of this promising device, it will go to presale between April 20-30.
