Shipping Policy

The following terms govern the shipping of goods to you:

1. Order Processing and Delivery Time:

  • Any order placed on our website is processed within 24 working/business days of intimation of such order and is ordinarily delivered within 5 working days of placing the order for delivery in India.
  • Orders placed after 6 pm shall be scheduled for the next working day, and the order shall be presumed to have been placed on the next working day.

2. Expedited Shipping:

  • If you choose the expedited shipping option, additional charges shall apply and must be paid by you.
  • Expedited shipping orders are processed within 4 working hours of placing the order and shall be delivered as per the delivery option selected at the time of placing the order. However, faster shipping does not guarantee quicker delivery of items.
  • Expedited shipping is available only in limited locations. Please confirm availability via live chat or by emailing us at info@moarmouz.com.

3. Payment Options:

  • We offer a cash-on-delivery option, and the requisite amount must be paid by you at the time of delivery of the item.
  • Standard shipping of items is free of charge, but some items may have shipping costs depending on the product's nature. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Shipping Address: Once an item has been shipped, we cannot change or alter the shipping address.

5. Return Charges: All return charges will be paid by the customer, and MoArmouz will not refund them.

6. Tracking and Notifications:

  • All orders are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order, allowing you to track your delivery status on the respective courier company's website.
  • We will email you the tracking number after dispatching your order.

7. Delivery Times:

  • Express service usually delivers within 1-3 working days to tier 1 cities but may take up to 4-5 working days to tier 2 cities. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • India Post Priority service usually delivers within 3-4 working days to tier 1 cities but may take up to 7 working days to tier 2 and up to 10 days to tier 3 areas. This does not include weekends or holidays.

8. Order Status Updates: We will keep you updated about your order's status at every step via emails or updates on the Website. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to our Customer Care at info@moarmouz.com with your order number.

9. Delivery Acceptance: Upon delivery, you will be requested to sign a delivery form by our Agent. Please sign the delivery form only if the Products are delivered in proper condition, i.e., without obvious damage. Signing the delivery form implies that the Product was delivered without any obvious damage, and you will not be permitted to exchange or return the goods for such reasons.

10. International Shipping: - Customs Duties and Taxes: Import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT levied by the destination country may apply to orders delivered outside India. - Moarmouz has no authority over these charges and cannot estimate them. Customers are liable to pay any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT levied by their government. Contact the local customs office for more information on customs policies or taxes.

11. Shipping Delays: Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note that circumstances out of our control, such as natural disasters or holiday delays, may lead to shipping postponements.

12. Order Cancellation: Moarmouz reserves the right to cancel or decline any order or payment method at any time for any reason. Coupon codes may be void for gift cards, specially priced/discounted products, and new product releases.

Important Disclaimer:

Before accepting the carrier's delivery receipt, please inspect the package:

  • "Void Seals" are included in all shipments. Do not accept open packages or those with tampered seals.
  • Any return claims for physically damaged/defective products or missing accessories/items must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video showing 6 sides angles of the outer-box with labels & stickers. Claims reported after 12 hours without a video will not be accepted.

Moarmouz reserves the right to interpret, alter, or terminate the Return, Terms and Conditions, Shipping, and other policies without prior notification. The latest version of the policies will always be available at www.moarmouz.com.
