- Any order placed on our website is processed within 24 working/ business days of intimation of such order and is ordinarily delivered within 5 working days of placing the order for delivery in India. All orders placed post 6 pm shall be scheduled for the next working day and the order shall be presumed to have been placed on the next working day.
- If you choose the expedited shipping options additional charges shall apply that shall be paid by you. Expedited shipping orders are processed within 4 working hours of placing the order and shall be delivered as per the delivery option selected at the time of placing the order. However, a faster shipping process shall not guarantee faster delivery of items. Expedited shipping is available only in limited locations. - We shall offer cash on delivery option to the customers and the requisite amount shall be paid by you at the time of delivery of the item.
- The standard shipping of items shall be done free of charge. However, some items may have shipping costs depending on the nature of the product. However, shipping charges where applicable shall be non-refundable.
- Once an item has been shipped we cannot change or alter the shipping address.
- All return charges will be paid by the customer and MoArmouz will not refund that.
- All orders are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery status on the website of the respective courier company. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
- Express service usually delivers within 1-3 working days to tier 1 city, but sometimes may take up to 4-5 working days to tier 2 cities. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- India Post Priority service usually delivers within 3-4 working days to tier 1 city, but sometimes may take up to 7 working days to tier 2 and up to 10 days to tier 3 areas. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- We shall ensure to update you about your Order’s status at every step via emails or updates on the Website. In the event You are unable to read the emails or have not received the emails or any form of intimation, please reach out to our Customer Care at email@example.com. - Upon delivery, You would be requested to sign a delivery form by our Agent. You are requested to sign the delivery form only if the Products are delivered in proper condition i.e. without obvious damage. Once You sign the delivery form, it shall be construed that the Product was delivered without any obvious damage to You and You will not be permitted to exchange or return the goods for such reasons.

- All orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12 pm cut-off will be shipped the next day for expedited deliveries.
- All Expedited orders will be processed on working days only as per the cut-off timings only. Expedited orders placed during weekends/ government holidays/ festival holidays...etc will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery may be impacted/delayed on weekends and national holidays.
Please be aware that we ship on business days (Monday through Friday). For example, A domestic order placed on a Friday will ship on Monday for delivery before the following Friday.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Import taxes, customs duties, fees and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) levied
by the destination country may apply to orders delivered outside India.
As Moarmouz has no authority over these charges and can not estimate what they'll be customers are liable to pay any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT levied by your government. For more information on customs policies or taxes, please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction.
NOTE: Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note that circumstances out of our control (natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.) may produce shipping postponements.
Moarmouz reserves the right to cancel or decline any order or payment method at any time for any reason. Coupon codes may be void for gift cards, specially priced/discounted products, and new product releases.
Before you sign/e-sign/accept the carrier's delivery receipt, please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
"Void Seals" are included in all of our shipments; for more information on our packaging, click here. Please don't accept open packages or those that have had their seals tampered with. Any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, a wrong product, or missing accessories/items will be instantly disqualified if the "Void Seal" has been tampered with or the box has been wrecked.
Kindly check the weight of the package before accepting, do not accept if there are any discrepancies with the mentioned weight on the package or as notified via stickers, mail, but “including” and “not limited to” calls, text, WhatsApp.
PS: To be eligible for a replacement, any product that is "Received in Physically Damaged Condition, Damage upon Delivery" or "Missing Accessories/Items in Box" must be reported within 12 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video showing 6 sides angles of the outer-box with labels & stickers.
After 12 hours and if no video is provided any issues reported will not be accepted.
