Moto C2 expected to be the first Motorola with Android Go OS

The next device from the Lenovo-owned Motorola will be the Moto C2, and several reports claim that this phone could be their first using Android One OS.

While the brand has released a total of seven devices in 2018 (E5, E5 Plus, E5 Play, G6, G6 Plus, G6 Play, and Z3 Play), there are four yet to be released (including the C2).

Also, even with various sources agree that the Android One OS will be a feature on the C2, there is no official confirmation of it yet.

Whether that´s the case or not, recent leaks regarding the C2’s features put the phone in line to become Motorola’s most affordable smartphone yet.

Carrying an entry to a medium level set of specifications backs the reasoning behind running the newest Google’s OS alternative to their famous, fully stacked Android OS that is currently in Oreo, its fifth teen generation.

One thing is for sure: Whenever the brand decides to launch a device with this OS, they have the chance to make an impact in this growing segment.

So far, the Nokia 1, Micromax Bharat Go, Lava Z50, Asus Zenfone Live L1 and some others have already come out running Android One, and the list is expected to grow in the future.
